We start with the circumstances of the event and the available evidence. We review liability, the type of damage and previous correspondence with the insurer or another party, then discuss options for making a claim and the steps that follow.

- The claim, insurance offer or reply, and correspondence.
- Fees
- Fees for compensation matters depend on the type of proceedings, the value of the claim and the steps taken, under the Tariff of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. You pay for the consultation at the meeting. We clarify the amount and payment method at the outset, before giving legal advice.
