- Fees for property and inheritance matters depend on the type of proceedings, the value of the matter where it has an ascertainable monetary value, and the steps taken, under the Tariff of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. You pay for the consultation at the meeting. We clarify the amount and payment method at the outset, before giving legal advice. Yes, the first consultation can take place by video call. We agree afterwards on how to send documents and any power of attorney required.
